We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, located right in the city center of Milan. The location couldn't have been better - it was right next to Duomo square and in a very busy tourist area. We were able to walk to all the major attractions easily, thanks to the hotel's central position. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and well-equipped rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

the location and rooms were good, we had a really really nice experience on a business trip. the location was best possible and just 5 minutes walk to royal palace of milan.

Some guests have mentioned issues with finding the reception, which is located separately from the property. This could potentially be confusing for newcomers to the area and may require extra effort to locate.

The host was incredibly kind and caring, making sure our stay was perfect. The flat-screen TV was a fantastic addition for entertainment, and the cots provided were a great bonus for families. incredible stay! like my previous visit in milan. hemeras was even better this time. the central location was perfect for exploring. the stylish apartment had a luxurious feel and was spotlessly clean. the host was attentive and the kitchen well-equipped. will definitely stay here again!

wifi issue

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic - right in the heart of the city, just a short 3-minute walk from the main square. The apartment itself is surprisingly quiet and incredibly spacious. It has all the amenities you could possibly need, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils. Plus, they even have cots available if needed. I was blown away by the level of comfort and convenience during my stay. It was truly mind-blowing. The only downside was a slight delay during check-in, but once settled, everything was perfect.

I keep coming back because the staff gave me helpful info on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/Kitchen utensils, and Flat-screen TV. I'll be back for Christmas.

The wifi didn't work at all and attempts to contact the property provider were futile. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, offering no compensation for the terrible experience.

We had an exceptional stay at Hemeras Boutique Homes. The apartment was excellent with great amenities and a perfect location next to the Duomo. The metro station right outside saved us a lot of time. The cuisine was also excellent, adding to our overall experience.
